Reuters reports that Toshiba Corp will sell its Toshiba America LNG Corp unit to ENN Ecological, a unit of ENN Group, for $15 million. FERC has released the final environmental impact statement (EIS) for Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC’s proposed Calcasieu Pass liquefaction and export terminal in Cameron Parish, La., and an interconnected pipeline. The liquefaction facilities would have a peak production capacity of 12 million metric tons of LNG per year.
