The Malibu Times reports that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has responded to California Rep. Henry Waxman’s request for the analysis that influenced the EPA’s decision to reverse a decision to require the application of Ventura County air quality standards to BHP Billiton’s proposed Cabrillo Port LNG terminal. However, the agency and Waxman’s office declined to discuss the details of the response. The article also summarizes the status of the other LNG terminals proposed for California.
