Environmentalists Worry About Power Transfer Over Boston Harbor Islands

Environmentalists have expressed concerns that a provision in a Massachusetts Senate spending bill would require the state to give Island Alliance Inc. authority over the Boston Harbor Island National Recreation Area, potentially excluding public involvement in matters concerning the area.
