Environmental Group Sees Role in OceanWay LNG Review Process
Malibu Surfside News reports that the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) will be opposing Woodside’s OceanWay LNG terminal proposed for offshore Southern California. An attorney for the CBD indicated that the group has not decided exactly what role it will play in the project, but suggested that the group will be active. The CBD has already contacted state and federal regulators, urging them to protect marine life potentially impacted by the proposal and consider the project’s impacts on global warming.
