Reuters reports that the CEO of Dominion Resources Inc. indicated yesterday that Dominion is considering restructuring its ownership of the Cove Point regasification terminal to become a master limited partnership (MLP). According to the report, Dominion will not consider making the change until the current expansion of the terminal is completed; the expansion is expected to be in service by the fall of 2008.
