Newsday (Long Island, N.Y.) provides an update on the status of the Broadwater LNG import proposal, noting that the U.S. Secretary of Commerce must decide by April 13 whether to overturn New York’s determination that the project is inconsistent with the state’s federally approved Coastal Zone Management Plan.
