Crown Landing LLC Updates FERC on Status of Emergency Plans

In a March 9 letter to FERC, Crown Landing LLC provided a required update on the development of the emergency plans for its proposed LNG terminal in Logan Township, N.J. Among other things, Crown Landing officials and its First Responders Task Force met on Feb. 27 to commence efforts to develop initial response procedures to various emergency situations. The letter also notes that four local fire fighters are scheduled to receive training this month at Texas A&M University’s LNG fire school in College Station. The letter may be found in the FERC e-Library in Docket No. CP04-411.
