County Commissioners Adopt Supplemental Findings Submitted by Bradwood Landing LNG
The Clatsop County Board of Commissioners voted 4-1 to approve a second reading of an ordinance that would adopt supplemental findings submitted by Bradwood Landing LNG in the wake of a decision by the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA). The Daily Astorian reports that following the second reading of the ordinance, county staff will issue a Notice of Decision and those opposed to the ordinance will have 21 days to notify LUBA that they intend to appeal.
