Citing concerns about proximity to a U.S. Navy test range, the Ventura County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted Tuesday to oppose the preferred location of Woodside Energy’s OceanWay LNG transfer site. One board member told the Ventura County Star that the Board of Supervisors is “not making a recommendation for or against LNG,” noting that “our goal is just to leave this test range open and not have any obstructions.”
