Conn. Environmental Regulators Lose Initial Opportunity to Assess Coastal Development Laws
Connecticut environmental officials failed to have the Broadwater LNG terminal evaluated under its coastal zone laws during the Coast Guard’s initial assessment because Connecticut made the request after the deadline expired. Conn. State Senator Len Fasano noted, however, that the State will have another opportunity to review the coastal zone impacts when the actual application is filed.
