Cheniere Requests FERC Action

On March 8, 2012, Cheniere Energy, Inc. filed a letter with FERC requesting that the Commission issue an order approving Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG Liquefaction Project no later than March 15, 2012. Cheniere stated that failure to receive FERC authorization by that date could result in delays in construction of the project and significant price increases.
