Cheniere Obtains Land Lease for Corpus Christi Terminal

Port of Corpus Christi commissioners have approved a two-year lease of 110 acres for Cheniere Energy subsidiary Corpus Christi Liquefaction LLC to use for temporary fabrication yards during construction of an LNG export terminal on the North Side of Corpus Christi Bay, Texas. The lease is a “vital component” for getting FERC approval of the project, according to Bill English, vice president of business development for Cheniere. Read more in the Caller article.
