Cheniere Chooses Integrated, Scalable Operator Training Simulation for Sabine Pass

Invensys Process Systems has been chosen to develop the Operator Training Simulation (OTS) system for the under-construction Sabine Pass LNG terminal. According to its press statement, Invensys expects that the flexible programming architecture of its OTS will allow Cheniere Energy to use the system not only for training control room personnel, but also “for process engineering and testing, non-control system equipment simulation, and training for instrumentation and engineering workers outside the control room.”
