Cabrillo Port Air Quality Standards Debated; BHP Billiton Concerned About “Misinformation”

The Malibu Surfside News reports that the Ventura County Air Pollution Control Board is expected to hear testimony today opposing the EPA’s decision on air quality standards that will apply to BHP Billiton’s proposed Cabrillo Port LNG terminal.
