Today’s Gloucester County Times covers BP’s response to FERC’s approval of its Crown Landing LNG terminal proposal. “The closer we get to starting up the facility, the sooner the homeowners and businesses in New Jersey will have a more secure supply of energy,” said BP’s spokesperson Tom Mueller. The project still faces a pending Supreme Court case to end a jurisdictional dispute between New Jersey and Delaware, which Mueller predicts will be decided within 12 to 18 month.
