Alaskan Utilities Studying LNG Imports

A number of Alaskan local utilities are considering the feasibility of LNG imports in the coming years should local natural gas supplies fail to meet local demands. One utility executive told Platts LNG Daily that Shell has expressed interest in supplying LNG to Alaskan customers. [Subscription required]
