Energy Washington Week reports that at least three more California state agencies will request access to Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) associated with Sound Energy Solution’s Port of Long Beach LNG proposal. The agencies — including the state Department of Fish and Game, Office of Emergency Services, and Department of Homeland Security — want the same access the California Energy Commission requested from FERC in February. It is not clear if CEC will amendits request to include the additional agencies. [Subscription required]
