Cheniere Energy, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Cheniere Marketing International LLP, has entered into a 5-year Sale and Purchase Agreement with ENGIE S.A. for the delivery of up to 12 cargoes of LNG per year (approximately 222 million MMBtus in total) from 2018 to 2023. The cargoes will be delivered on an ex-ship basis primarily to the Montoir de Bretagne LNG regasification terminal in France. The LNG will be sold at prices linked to Northern European indices and will be sourced from Cheniere Marketing’s global LNG supply portfolio, which includes LNG produced from its affiliates’ LNG terminals under construction at Sabine Pass, La. and Corpus Christi, Texas.
