Crowley Maritime Corporation announced that, in response to high customer demand, it has acquired 16 additional ISO tanks for its affiliate Carib Energy to supply LNG sourced from the United States to customers in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Central America. According to the press release, the new 40-foot tanks, each with capacity of 10,700 gallons of LNG, feature improved technology for increased offload rate, allowing for faster fuel transfers to customers.
