FERC Releases Schedule for Environmental Review of Proposed Magnolia LNG Project

FERC has released its schedule for environmental review of the proposed Magnolia LNG export terminal at Lake Charles, La., and the proposed Lake Charles Expansion interconnected pipeline project. FERC plans to release its final environmental impact statement covering both projects on November 16, 2015. Other federal agencies having jurisdiction over either project will then have until February 14, 2016 to complete their review.
