Alaska Governor Bill Walker wrote an opinion piece last week expressing support for expanding the size of the proposed state-owned Alaska Stand Alone Pipeline to access North Slope gas supplies as a backup in case the pipeline and LNG export terminal proposed by Alaska LNG are not built.
