Yesterday, FERC issued a notice to proceed authorizing Dominion Cove Point LNG to modify the hydrostatic test water disposal location and soil storage, relocate existing utility lines, demolish certain buildings, and proceed with grading activities at its LNG terminal at Lusby, Md.
