The Maryland State Clearinghouse, responsible for coordinating an intergovernmental review of the Dominion Cove Point LNG (DCP) export project, submitted a letter to FERC summarizing various state agencies’ comments on the project. Generally, the agencies found the project to be consistent with their plans, programs and objectives. A few agencies had specific recommendations but no agencies had any objections to the project.
