FERC issued a notice granting Patuxent Riverkeeper, an environmental group, an extension of time until August 1, 2014, to comment on privileged and Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (“CEII”) documents. Patuxent Riverkeeper received the documents after a June 13, 2014 FERC order requiring Dominion Cove Point LLP (“DCPL”) to provide Patuxent Riverkeeper with CEII and other privileged materials pursuant to a protective agreement.
