Kogas to Sell Sabine Pass LNG Supplies to Total

Total announced that its affiliate Total Gas & Power Limited has entered into an agreement to purchase 700,000 tons of LNG per year for 20 years from Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas) at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The LNG will be lifted after completion of liquefaction Train 3, which is scheduled to start in 2017. According to the press release, Total has also negotiated a cooperation agreement with Sabine Pass Liquefaction that will help to further expand the liquefaction capabilities being developed adjacent to the Sabine Pass LNG terminal.
