An article in Upstream sheds light on the apparent dispute between Golar LNG and EXMAR regarding EXMAR’s signing of a letter of intent (LOI) to provide a floating liquefaction and storage unit (FLSU) for the BC LNG project in British Columbia. According to the article, a “final investment decision on BC LNG, previously known as Douglas Channel, is set to be taken by the end of this year with Golar also said to be holding an LOI.”
