Citing the economic and tax benefits of the project, Louisiana Economic Development, the Plaquemines Parish Council, and Plaquemines Port, Harbor & Terminal District of Plaquemines Parish filed letters with FERC in support of Cambridge Energy Group affiliate CE FLNG’s application to construct a floating LNG export terminal on the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish, La.
