During his visit to Trinidad & Tobago, U.S. Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman discussed the security of LNG facilities with government officials and gave an address to the American Chamber of Commerce that lauded Trinidad & Tobago’s role as a leader in the global energy sector, but noted that nations that use and export oil and natural gas should increase their investment in alternative energy technologies.
