St. Andrews Mayor Set to Continue to Oppose Downeast LNG
Mayor John Craig of St. Andrews, New Brunswick, told the Telegraph-Journal that he remains ready to oppose the Downeast LNG import terminal proposed for Passamaquoddy Bay. Despite an unfavorable decision by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service regarding the proposed pipeline route for the project, Craig expects Downeast LNG to address the agency’s concerns and refile its application.
