Speaker: U.S. Gas Industry Will Likely Adjust LNG Import Contracts to Adapt to More Flexible Global Market

Platts LNG Daily reports that a speaker at the Energy Bar Association (EBA) Annual Meeting told the group that he expects natural gas companies to adjust their current LNG import contracts in order to adapt to a more flexible global gas market. In particular, contracts that were originally tied to a single LNG terminal are now being re-examined so that importers can access multiple markets via more than one terminal.
