Critics of AES’ proposed Sparrows Point LNG terminal voiced their opposition at the final public meeting of Maryland’s LNG Task Force on Monday. The leader of the LNG Opposition Team, a local organization opposed to the terminal, encouraged attendees to visit the Maryland Department of the Environment’s website to learn more about the task force’s efforts to persuade state officials that the terminal should not be built.
