Shell and Weaver’s Cove Resolve Deed Restrictions

In a letter to FERC, Shell Oil Products US (“Shell”) advised the Commission that it “has reached a definitive agreement with Weaver’s Cove regarding the deed restrictions with respect to future activities and use limitations on the site [of Weaver’s Cove’s FERC-approved terminal in Fall River, Mass, and this agreement resolves] the concerns of Shell addressed by the Commission in Environmental Condition 77.” Satisfying Condition 77 is one of the prerequisites to Weaver’s Cove proceeding with construction and operation of the terminal. The letter is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
