RI Assistant Attorney General to Receive CEII on Weaver’s Cove and KeySpan Terminals

Yesterday FERC agreed to allow Rhode Island Assistant Attorney General, Paul Roberti, access to Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) filed in the Weaver’s Cove and KeySpan LNG terminal dockets. Weaver’s Cove unsuccessfully sought to limit disclosure to documents regarding transit through Rhode Island waters. FERC concluded that Roberti was “a legitimate requester with a demonstrated need for the information” and that the request for information on transit into Rhode Island waters included transit in the waters of neighboring states. The order is available in Docket No. CE05-115 at the FERC e-Library.
