Review Finds No Evidence that Former Oregon Official Acted Inappropriately in Bradwood Landing LNG Case

The Oregonian reports that a review by a former judge of the work of former Oregon Department of Justice official Brent Foster has produced no evidence that Foster acted inappropriately when advising state government officials during their review of the Bradwood Landing LNG project. Prior to joining the state government, Foster served as executive director of Columbia Riverkeeper, an LNG opposition group.
