Repsol Official Confident Canaport will Secure Supply

Repsol Energy Canada vice president Denis Marcoux told The Chronicle Herald that he is confident the Canaport LNG project will secure supply, despite challenges faced by competing projects in securing long-term LNG supply contracts. “It’s just a question for [project] promoters to convince a supply country that their project is viable,” Marcoux explained. He predicted that a significant share of Canaport’s capacity will come from Trinidad and Tobago.
