Quebec May Approve LNG Projects

The executive vice-president of Quebec’s chief natural gas distributor says the province may approve two LNG terminal proposals, one near Quebec City and the other at Gros Cacouna. Pierre Despars says Gaz Metro will have to pay nearly $1 billion to lengthen the Trans Quebec & Maritimes pipeline to serve both terminals.
