Quebec Cabinet: No Decision Yet on Rabaska LNG Proposal

The Montreal Gazette reports that the Quebec Cabinet has not reached a decision on the Rabaska LNG regasification terminal proposed for Quebec, though a decision was expected to be announced yesterday. Premier Jean Charest said that there is no delay in the process, stating, “When the decision is made it will be made.”
