Prison Sentences for Two Participants in Bonny Island LNG Bribery Scheme
Albert Stanley, the former CEO of KBR, Inc., and Jeffrey Tesler were sentenced to 30 months and 21 months in prison, respectively, for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The bribery scheme directed more than $180 million in bribes to Nigerian government officials in order to participate in the Bonny Island LNG liquefaction project.
