Stating that the extension of time is “premature” and that “good cause has not been demonstrated,” the City of Fall River, Mass., and the attorneys general of Rhode Island and Massachusetts filed a Request for Rehearing of the June 26, 2008, FERC order, which granted Weaver’s Cove LNG’s request for an extension of time until 2015 to complete its terminal project on the Taunton River in Massachusetts. The request is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
