Oregon LNG Holds Navigation and Docking Simulation
Platts LNG Daily [subscription required] reports that Oregon LNG successfully completed a navigation and docking simulation for LNG vessels of three sizes, including standard 148,000 cubic meter vessels, 216,000 cubic-meter Q-Flex vessels, and 266,000 cubic-meter Q-Max vessels. Peter Hansen, CEO of Oregon LNG, said, “The simulation confirms that our site is well-suited for even the largest vessels.” The simulation was held at the Pacific Marine Institute in Seattle, Wash.
