David William Frederick, an opponent to the Weaver’s Cove LNG project proposed in Fall River, Mass., has submitted research to FERC on the title to the so-called “wedge lot.” Frederick argues in his submission that his research demonstrates that the developers of the Weaver’s Cove LNG project do not have control over the project site. Frederick’s submission is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
