An op-ed carried by the Jakarta Post (Indonesia) suggests that current agreements reached between the Tangguh LNG project and LNG buyers, including Sempra Energy’s Costa Azul LNG project, may have reflected low natural gas prices. The piece goes on to suggest that Indonesia ought to cancel its agreement with Sempra and negotiate supply contracts with Japan and South Korea. [Article Provided by NATS.]
