As New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer prepares to take a public stance on the proposed Broadwater LNG terminal, Newsday reports that the New York Department of State plans to issue a report to the governor next month on the project’s potential environmental impacts. Spitzer is also receiving feedback from activists, local residents, and politicians opposed to the project.
