National Marine Fisheries Service Seeks Review of Bradwood Landing Approval

Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), on behalf of the National Marine Fisheries Service, filed a petition for review in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, requesting review of both FERC’s September order granting conditional approval of the Bradwood Landing LNG project and the agency’s January order denying rehearing. The DOJ’s filing joins similar appeals filed by the states of Oregon and Washington, as well as several interest groups. Additional details are available in The Daily Astorian and Platts LNG Daily (subscription required).
