Maryland Senator Withdraws LNG Amendment
Sen. Benjamin Cardin (D-Md.) withdrew his amendment to H.R. 1495 (the Water Resources Development Act) that would have prevented the Secretary of the Army from overruling state authorities in siting LNG terminals.
