Local Property Owners and Public Land Agencies Raise Concerns Regarding LNG Pipeline Route
The Roseburg News Review (Ore.) reports that local property owners and public land management agencies are concerned about the proposed Pacific Connector pipeline that would transport gas from the Jordan Cove LNG import terminal to existing pipelines further inland. According to the News Review, the Pacific Connector could affect over 300 property owners, who raise concerns ranging from land use restrictions and loss of animal habitats to deterioration of property values.
