LNG Opponents Sue FERC Over Availability of Project-Related Documents

According to the Hillsboro Argus (Ore.), two groups opposed to the proposed Bradwood Landing LNG import terminal and associated Palomar natural gas pipeline sued FERC in U.S. District Court last week over the availability of mailing lists associated with the Palomar pipeline project. FERC has previously responded to FOIA requests by the groups, saying that the Commission does not have the documents the groups are seeking. The complaint is available on the PACER document system under Docket No. 3:08-CV-00936.
