Eric Smith of the Tulane Energy Institute told the New Orleans Times-Picayune this weekend that he expects the major U.S. LNG players to watch pending export proposals, such as the Sabine Pass LNG project, very carefully before developing export projects themselves. Smith said, “I don’t see all 14 [North American LNG terminals] converting tomorrow.”
