Congressional Quarterly reported yesterday that the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee postponed action on H.R. 2830, the U.S. Coast Guard reauthorization bill, which contains several provisions concerning LNG. One such provision would require a comparative risk assessment of vessel-based and onshore facility-based LNG regasification processes. [Subscription required]
