FERC issued a notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for Trunkline LNG and its affiliates’ proposed Lake Charles Liquefaction Project, which involves LNG export facilities to be constructed at the existing Lake Charles LNG import terminal in Calcasieu Parish, La. Comments on the scope of the EIS are due October 15, 2012. FERC’s notice can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. PF12-8.
